We’re proud to share that DASH has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 British HR Awards: Employee Benefits Provider of the Year and Technology Partner of the Year.

These are among the most respected awards in the HR and reward industry, judged by senior HR and reward leaders from across the market. With a record number of entries this year, competition was especially strong, making this recognition even more meaningful for our team.

For us, this shortlist reflects what we have been building at DASH from day one: a Cycle to Work partner that helps companies realise the full potential of the scheme. We do not believe Cycle to Work should be a high-admin, low-engagement benefit. That is why DASH has redefined the experience, helping employers achieve uptake rates of up to 10 times higher after switching, while reducing admin by as much as 80%.

Being recognised in both a benefits category and a technology category is particularly significant. It highlights not only the strength of our proposition, but also the quality of the platform behind it. That combination is a big part of why more employers are choosing to switch to DASH and offer their people a leading Cycle to Work experience.

This latest recognition also builds on our recent success at The Rewards 2025, where DASH won Employee Benefits Provider of the Year. Together, these milestones reflect the strength of the DASH proposition within the wider market, combining a broader, more compelling offering with a industry-leading employee experience.

At DASH, we believe Cycle to Work should be more than just a scheme. It should be an award-winning benefit that supports wellbeing, sustainability and engagement, while being easy for employers to implement and easy for employees to love.

We’re excited to attend the British HR Awards later this month and celebrate alongside so many brilliant organisations across the industry. Whatever the final result, being shortlisted in these categories is a huge achievement for our team and another strong sign that DASH is helping to raise the standard across the employee benefits space.
