The UK's Cycle to Work scheme unlocks significant tax savings through salary sacrifice. Salary sacrifice is where your employer deducts an amount from your pre-tax income and uses this amount to pay for something on your behalf, in this case, the items you choose on DASH Store.
By lowering your taxable income you pay less taxes. The amount you save in tax is your effective discount on the items you choose. These savings are significant ranging from 30%-47% and apply even if an item is on sale.
You’ll be able to see and choose your delivery options during checkout. Your items will be dispatched directly from the relevant retailer. Where ordering items from different retailers, you will have to choose a delivery option for each retailer. The cost of delivery is split over 12 months and incorporated into your agreement so that you benefit from tax savings on any delivery cost as well.
Returns for DASH Store Credit
You can request a return for DASH Store credit within 14 days following your employer's approval of the hire agreement. Returns initiated after the 14 day period will not be eligible for DASH Store credit unless there are extenuating circumstances.
If you decide to return an item having already received it, you will need to arrange for its return in line with any instructions provided by the retailer. If you don't follow these instructions, or the item has been used, it may invalidate your return.
Returns for Product Exchange
You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to initiate an exchange request with the retailer.
Returns for exchange initiated after the 14 day period will not be eligible for exchange unless there are extenuating circumstances.
