DASH (www.dashrides.com) is a high-growth tech startup in the employee benefits space, on a mission to get more people cycling.
We’ve reinvented the UK’s Cycle-to-Work scheme, turning a forgotten perk into a benefit employees actively ask for. Our platform brings together thousands of products from across the cycling industry, price-matches them and lets employees pay directly from salary, saving up to 47%.
We’ve grown more than 4X in the past 12 months and recently launched DASH Flex, a virtual card unlocking the same savings across Lime, Forest, Voi and more.
We’re a team of eight: ambitious, fast-moving and determined to win.
This is a rare product role working directly with the founders. You’ll ship quickly, see your work used by thousands of customers and learn more about building a startup in three months than many people do in three years.
What you’ll do
There's a lot to build, and the role will not only grow with you, but push you to reach your potential. You'll work on projects from inception to launch:
We’re looking for someone exceptional that wants to work at a startup.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role. We want to teach you everything we know, give you close access to the founders and help you get to the top of your game. We believe the best way to do that is by working together in person.

Send us your CV, plus the bit we care about most: show us something you've built. A side project, an app, a newsletter, anything you made because you wanted it to exist. Include a link and a few lines on why you built it and what you'd do differently now.
No cover letter needed. The thing you built tells us more.
If you're excited but a little scared to apply because you don't think you have it all - research shows that some people are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single criterion. At DASH, we're committed to building diverse teams, so we'd encourage you to apply even if your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the requirements.
