We’ve reimagined the UK’s long-standing Cycle-to-Work scheme, transforming it from an employee benefit on the hygiene list to the hero list; giving employees more choice, flexibility, convenience and clarity than ever before. That’s why many describe DASH Store as the #1 Cycle to Work platform.

We’re a lean team that likes to innovate and win: we’ve led the market with our overall platform and launched innovative products like subscriptions and, most recently, DASH Flex.

DASH is growing fast, and we want to go faster. This role sits you directly alongside the Founder & CEO to build and scale our sales function as we push hard over the next 12-18 months. You’ll get hands-on coaching: everything you need to know about Cycle to Work, payroll, employee benefits and sales, plus get access to the context and decisions that most early-career roles never see. As a founding member of the sales team, how high you progress is up to you.

What you’ll do

  • Inbound: Work with the founder to run demo calls, respond to questions, and ultimately, close deals.
  • Outbound: Target employers with tailored multi-channel campaigns (email/LinkedIn/calls).
  • Partnerships: Build personal relationships with our various partners and leverage them so they sell on our behalf and keep the pipeline stocked.
  • Sales ops: keep the CRM spotless, ensuring all deals are captured and staged appropriately.
  • Customer insight: Capture objections, spot patterns, and feed back improvements to messaging and sales strategy. Run quick check-ins with key contacts at closed deals to learn from the sales, onboarding and launch experience.

What success looks like (first 3 months)

  • 30 days: You can succinctly and accurately articulate DASH’s proposition. Know the basics of Cycle to Work, employee benefits and payroll. Can confidently run SME inbound and will have delivered your first platform demo.
  • 60 days: You’ve built a consistent weekly outbound rhythm that generates demo calls. Have your first deals live, and are embedded in the team with clean CRM habits and tight handovers.
  • 90 days: You’re hitting meeting & pipeline targets, moving deals efficiently from demo through onboarding and handover. You can describe yourself as a Cycle to Work expert and are owning larger client accounts with confidence.

About you (this is really important)

We’re looking for someone exceptional.

  • Self-starter with get-up-and-go. You can point to things you chose to do—not just what was set for you—where initiative and determination made the difference.
  • Fluent with words and numbers. Our product crosses payroll, finance and tax. You’re comfortable explaining complex ideas simply and empathetically to HR, Finance and Operations audiences.
  • Smart, curious and imaginative. You learn fast and enjoy figuring things out without a script. You propose better ways to hit goals, test them, and keep what works.
  • Organised, diligent and consistent. Sales success = doing the right things reliably over time. You keep great notes, maintain an immaculate CRM, and follow through—especially when juggling many conversations.
  • Resilient competitor. You’ve stuck with something hard over a long period and can talk about adversity you overcame and what it taught you.
  • Coachable and candid. You seek feedback, act on it quickly, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
  • Commercial judgement. You can prioritise accounts, qualify effectively, and focus your effort where it creates the most value.

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Speak English to a native standard.
  • Willing to work in the office 5 days a week - we want to teach you everything we know, make you feel part of the team and get you to the top of your game - for us, that means we need you in the office.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base: £28,000–£33,000.
  • OTE: £50k (uncapped), dependent on quarterly performance (meetings, pipeline, closed-won contribution).

How we hire and how to stand out

  1. Intro call (10 mins) - with the Founder and CEO to understand why you’ve applied and learn what your CV doesn’t say about you.
  2. Follow-up call (30mins) - We’ll spend 10mins covering a practical exercise so we can see whether we’d be a good fit for each other. This will require a small amount of preparation from you and might include discussing a lightweight outbound strategy or a mock discovery call for a Cycle to Work employer (we’ll give you a simple brief well in advance).
  3. Final meet (30 mins) - an in-person meeting (in London) with at least one other member of the team, so we can meet each other and ensure fit (works both ways).

We’re looking to make our final offer by early-November at the latest.

To stand out, aside from seeing that your CV addresses most of what we are looking for, we want to see some initiative or flair from you - nothing overly time consuming - but something that shows initiative, that you can think outside the box and which plays to what we’ve said we’re looking for.
